Data Usage Disclosure

You are responsible for the data transfer and consumption charges incurred by you when participating in the Smart Panel. We disclaim all liability for such charges.

On average, a Smart App installed on your device will transfer between 1 – 3 MB of data on a monthly basis.

The amount you are charged for the data transferred depends on several things:

    • How much data your mobile phone company or other internet service provider allows you to download each month at no extra cost (your quota)
    • How much data you have already downloaded in that month, and how much of your quota remains
    • How much your mobile phone company or other internet service provider charges you when you download more than your monthly quota

Please check your data quota with your mobile phone company or internet service provider, and monitor your data usage. Your mobile phone company or internet service provider may be able to send you alerts when you reach the limit of your monthly quota. Please also note that it is possible to disable the data functionality in your device through your device settings, however doing so may have an impact on the Smart App’s functionality, and may also affect your ability to qualify for Rewards.
